How do you ensure the seafood stays fresh during shipping?
All orders are packed in eco-friendly insulated liners with dry ice or non-toxic gel packs to maintain a temperature-controlled environment until they reach your doorstep.
Where does PrimeFish source its seafood?
We source our products from sustainable fisheries and trusted local harvesters who follow strict environmental guidelines to ensure quality and ocean health.
What happens if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
Our packaging is designed to keep products frozen or chilled for up to 48 hours. However, we recommend transferring your items to a freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible.
Can I return a food item if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
Do you offer shipping to all 50 states?
We currently offer overnight and two-day shipping to the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
How do I thaw my frozen seafood for the best quality?
For optimal texture and flavor, we recommend thawing your seafood overnight in the refrigerator. For a quicker option, place the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for 30-60 minutes.
